  9. Make small size balls from upma make a small cavity in middle of it.
  10. Put cheese in it and fold it in this way make cheese filled upma balls from all the prepared upma.
  11. Heat oil for frying in a deep pan meanwhile take gramflour /besan in a vessel add salt and mix.
  12. Add water in it and make a batter like dosa or pakora batter.
  13. Dip upma balls in this batter and fry it in hot oil it golden and crisp texture.
